Selling a real photo post card of Dick's Store in Clear Springs, Pa. There are two initials before the surname of Dick's on the bottom front of the card, but there is a small stain covering them, and I can't make them out clearly....to me it looks like G. & W., but I'm not sure.... In searching location on Clear Springs, Pa. I'm finding two locations.... One is in Lebanon Co., near Annville, Pa. The other is near Dillsburg, Franklintown, Nells Hill, Boiling Springs, and Mount Holly Springs, Pa. Both are rural areas.... The view on this card is a three story house type structure under large shade trees.....surrounded by a white picket fence, with a small front porch....the windows on the first floor are closed shuttered....hitching rail post out front.....with a childs' wagon sitting in the yard across an alley way.....and a split rail fence leading off in the other direction from the house..... There appears to be fencing across a dirt street from the store/house..... The card is in good shape with minor corner bumps....the stain in the bottom left corner, and another smaller one on the center bottom edge.... The card was never mailed, but someone wrote the name "Edna Z' on the bottom front.... PLEASE look at pictures carefully and contact seller with any questions.... Check out my other items! INSURANCE IS AT BUYERS EXPENSE.... For INSURANCE quote....please e-mail seller for invoice before paying. We are just getting started looking at and trying to sell some items from the estate of parents who collected for many years..... THANKS

For bid is an original circa 1910 Berkeley, California real photo postcard of “EAST HALL” on the University of California campus. This terrific postcard was never used and has an AZO stamp box with all arrows pointing up. Writing on the original negative is as follows: “EAST HALL U.C. Berkeley Calif.” There is an S with a circle around it and a 580-1 serial number. Probably the photographer’s negative number. This is a terrific image of a building on the campus built in 1898 and designed by Clinton Day. The building housed the department of Zoology (1898-1930) and was torn down in 1942. This is a terrific old & very rare RPPC of a long-gone campus building. Please let me know if you have any questions whatsoever. I will ship the item for $2.00 DOMESTIC California residents pay 9.75 percent sales tax on items shipped within California unless you have a resale license. Please inquire for foreign shipping costs; I’ll be happy to provide them... USPS INSURANCE will be added to purchases over one hundred dollars. Thanks for looking and happy bidding.
