My parents were avid historians and collectors for nearly all of their adult lives. Among other things they collected historical postcards. They have passed on and left me to deal with boxes and boxes of postcards. I have many cards of photographs of Maine towns, others of Maine steamboats and steamships, and a vast collection of historic Christmas postcards. I wlll be working on selling these for the next few months so check back often to see what's new. Offered for sale here is a vintage postcard view of Pumpkin Island Lighthouse at Eggemoggin, Maine. This is a very old view dating to early 1900's and card is unused. I am not a professional collector so will not grade. You view pics and use your judgement on condition. Cards and photos have been kept in plastic sleeves and special storage boxes for years. Seller accepts Paypal and payment is expected within 72 hrs of the end of the auction. Shipping in the USA is 1.50 by first class mail. I am now shipping in a special heavy weight paperboard mailer made especially for photos and cards to protect your investment. I will combine items purchased over several days for your convenience. Thanks for looking and good luck bidding.
