(2) Piqua,Ohio-RARE-Church Interior-Real Photo Please read the entire description. Please note that due to Ebay's new standards we have had to implement a strict shipping policy. Ebay uses a shipping calculator which automatically determines the shipping rate to your home. We have a standard handling charge of $1.00 for most items which is included in the rate shown. To see the rate for this item please click on the shipping tab. The rate should not be a surprise to anyone. If you do not like the rate charged, please do not bid and complain afterward. Shipping and handling does not include postage alone. We are a business and the handling charge helps us defray the costs of our overhead including a packager, private insurance, boxes, tape, peanuts, bubble wrap, envelopes, mailers, etc. Insurance alone now costs us a minimum of $1.00 per item insured so you can easily see that we are not being unreasonable. We will be happy to adjust the rates when more than one item is purchased. That being said,we would like to thank you for your cooperation and your bids. With the new star rating system it is almost impossible to meet the standards required. We do not want or need any problems after bids are placed. All items will be well packaged. The post cards pictured are the cards being sold. The postcards may look better than the pictures show. The backs of the cards,in most cases, have been pictured for your convenience. Rare, privately printed, possibly unique real photo post cards showing the interior of a Piqua,Ohio church which I have yet to identify (any help would be appreciated). These views show the church from front to back and also, back to front. Postally unused. Very good condition. Miami County,Ohio. Selling with a low starting bid and no reserve.See my other listings for a wide variety of interesting items.Multiple purchases may be combined to save on shipping charges. Please ask all questions prior to sale's end to prevent problems later. Most international shipments cannot be insured and some countries are excluded. Ohio residents must include 6.75 % Sales Tax or provide a valid Tax Exemption Number. Thanks and Happy Bidding! In March 1913 cities and towns all over Ohio were flooded as a result of heavy rains falling on still frozen ground. In Akron, more than 9 inches fell over a period of a few days. A dike in the East Reservoir gave way flooding into south Akron. To relieve the pressure, several canal locks had to be destroyed. I will be auctioning a total of 28 postcards in two listings showing some really amazing, unbelievable images from this flood. I will be happy to combine shipping I am a postcard novice, but consulted an expert who stated that these are originals, not reproductions. They are in acid-free sleeves which accounts for any distortion/reflection. If you would like to see pictures of the postcards out of the sleeve, please let me know. This lot is in good/very good condition, EXCEPT for the top one in Pic 2, which has a fold and creases. You are bidding/buying as is, so please don't hesitate to ask any questions before bidding. PAYMENT: Prefer PayPal, but will accept checks. SHIPPING: ALLOW 10 business days for shipping after payment is received using USPS with delivery confirmation. Items usually ship before that, but sometimes I need a little wiggle room time-wise. INSURANCE: Recommended for purchases $50.00 or more. Please wait to be invoiced. Thanks!

Here is a Great old Real Photo Post Card showing a view of North Main Street Homes in Dunkirk OH. Can see horse & buggie going down the street, homes on both sides of the street. Do you own one of these homes or now someone who does?? Would make a great gift. Very historic. What A View----Great Addition To Your Collection! Is postally used dates 1907. Is in good condition for it's age with some edge and corner wear, other wear for age. A GREAT addition to your collection----SEE SCANS TO MAKE FINAL DECISION ON CONDITION! I tried my best in regards to the photo's. Shipping charge for this item is $2.50, please read my terms below before bidding. Near Kenton OH Hardin County I have not sold on ebay for three years due to my job so please read my terms. I will do my best to get your items out in a timely manner, I was always known as a fast shipper but I work till five o'clock at night so it's hard for me to get to the post office. I will try to arrange a way so I can ship orders asap. I am for the first time using PAYPAL which I was not a fan of it being shoved down the sellers throats, take $1 off shipping charge for alternate payment method. Any item I believe needs to have a delivery confirmation added to it because of the final selling price will be added at your cost. This is to protect both me and the customer!
