carolynn Store Hood River Oregon Railroad Depots Rare real photo postcard at Hood River Oregon showing 2 railroad depots. Written on the card is Mt Hood R.R. & O W R N Depots, Hood River Oregon. This stands for Mt Hood Railroad and Oregon Washington Railroad & Navigation Company. The depot to the left says Mount Hood Railroad Company. The depot straight ahead says Hood River. There is a lodging house in the background that says Gerd?(unable to read the whole name because there is a ladder in the way) Lodging House and behind that is a Blacksmith Shop. There is also a train sitting at the depot with the number 2 on the engine. An outstanding railroad postcard of Hood River. It is a clear sharp image with great detail, not postally used.
