THERE ARE ALSO SOME CANCEL MARKINGS, AGAIN HARD TO READ ON BACKSIDE ALMOST IN CENTER, WHICH APPEAR TO BE FROM CHILE, PERHAPS OSORNO VALIDATING REGISTRY STAMP. AGAIN I DO NOT KNOW.
