This is a very rare find! A 1911 William Coughlin vintage baseball postcard. Copyright 1908 by A.C. Dietsche, Detroit. William Coughlin began playing major league baseball in 1897. He first played for the Washington ball club and then was sold to the Detroit Tigers in 1904, where he was the captain of their team and third baseman. He was one of the best handlers of bunted balls in the league. "Coughlin" is etched on the front of the card. The card is in excellent condition, with minor corner wear which is normal for something over 100 years old! FREE SHIPPING!
